I did feel listened to and was reassured it probably wasn't anything serious (although I wasn't really worried). However, it was clear that Dr Patel had a lot of calls to get through as my call was at 18:48 and despite the call being 6 minutes in length, it did feel a little rushed.

I'm happy that this Dr Dilip Patel was present and showed care.
He listened to my concerns and addressed it accordingly. He will follow up outstanding referrals to assertain what the situation is.
Having not heard anything pertained to a mater in September, I'm indeed worried. However, Dr Patel has action this and communicated clearly, where I now have an understanding. It was nice not to be rush or misunderstood. When rushed it defeats the whole objective purpose of showing care in the community and less like just a number or prioritising meeting targets. I hope other may follow and remember the oath taken for the role.
